RULES:
The winner of the 2010 Tombola grand prize, agrees to use the two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) to purchase two round-trip tickets to Paris with certain restrictions. These restrictions are as follows:
The winner must use the grand prize before February 1, 2011.
The value of the grand prize is two thousand dollars ($2,000.00).
Once the current winner submits proof of round-trip ticket purchase to Paris, the Alliance Française de Fresno will reimburse the buyer the two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). Please note: The Allliance Française de Fresno will not be available to assist in the purchase of these tickets.
DISCLAIMER:
Should the winner decide to transfer the grand prize to another individual (via a raffle or some other means), the following conditions apply:
The winner will become the "gatekeeper" and is responsible for making all ticket purchase arrangements with the transferee. Please note: The Allliance Française de Fresno will not be available to assist in the purchase of these tickets.
Once the current winner submits proof of round-trip ticket purchase to Paris for the transferee, the Alliance Française de Fresno will reimburse the buyer the two thousand dollars ($2,000.00)
Permission to use the name L'Alliance Française de Fresno and/or L'Alliance Française in connection with any subsequent transfer of the grand prize by any means whatsoever is not granted.
